FIRST STEPS
- Create an account. Fill out the form on this page. If you hold a Kentucky State Agriculture Sales Tax Exemption number, please fill out Form 51A158. Your Kentucky Drivers License number will be a valid ID until June, 2022. Starting in 2022, you will need to use your Ky Ag Tax Exempt Number for sales tax exemption. If you have not received a tax exempt number, fill out and send Form 51A800 to the Ky Dept. of Revenue to apply.
- Place your Order. Orders are based on the “Ready Week” you want to receive your plant. For succession plantings, please make multiple orders for each week you want plants.
- Confirmation. When we receive your order we will review your order and send an invoice for 50% of the amount due. You pay the invoice by the due date, and we will book your order. Late payment of this invoice may delay your desired plant ready week.
- Plant Ready Week. We will reach out to confirm your plant pick-up day. If there have been any issues with your crops, we will discuss any changes or problems with growing your plants. You will pay the final 50% due before or at pick-up. If we need to make adjustments to your order, they will be reflected on your final invoice.
